On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a lab technician who will work with prototype production and product measurements. Our client is a family-oriented, fast-growing company that is one of the leading firms in self-adhesive smart labels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Producing prototypes using various manufacturing techniques such as plotter (CAD), laser cutting, printing, drying, and laminating.
Performing product measurements and tests, especially in connection with process validations.
Managing documentation related to prototype production and partially creating design documentation.
Collaborating closely with the lab lead, project team, and quality team in daily operations.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work both practically in the lab and administratively with documentation. The role offers a diverse and exciting environment with great opportunities for development!

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for you if you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have an analytical mindset, are proactive, and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. You thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments and possess strong communication skills.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

Experience in manufacturing production.
Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
Basic knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental work.
Good technical understanding, preferably with the ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement protocols.
Strong ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
